Mezz Cap funds 400th loan...

Mezz Cap is pleased to announce we recently celebrated another milestone with the funding of our 400th loan. Fifteen different U.S. Strategic Lending Partners contributed to this accomplishment.

To date, Mezz Cap has funded loans in 42 states and the District of Columbia in the U.S., and most recently, four provinces in Canada. Collectively, we have been involved with over $4.2 billion in conduit transactions with our Strategic Lending Partners.
