ABC Product now known as Core Plus Product…

The name of Mezz Cap’s ABC Product has been changed to Core Plus, but the product remains the same.

Core Plus simply picks up where Core leaves off, and provides a flexible, tailored solution for those transactions requiring leverage beyond 85%.

Core Plus provides an additional mezzanine component, secured by ownership interests, up to a maximum LTV of 90% and minimum DSCR of 1.01x.

As the Core Plus component is held in portfolio, Mezz Cap is able to provide greater flexibility on this additional mezzanine component relative to prepayment, income recognition, amortization, etc.

Also, as Mezz Cap utilizes each Strategic Lending Partner’s standardized preferred intercreditor and lockbox, and its own internal counsel, incremental legal expenses are minimized.
