Mezz Cap funds 500th loan...

Mezz Cap is pleased to announce we recently celebrated another milestone with the funding of our 500th loan in April 2007.  The loans consist of the following property types:

• Multifamily – 232 loans
• Retail – 112 loans
• Office – 77 loans
• Hotel – 34 loans
• Manufactured Housing – 22 loans
• Industrial – 12 loans
• Mixed Use – 9 loans
• Self Storage – 2 loans

Sixteen different U.S. Strategic Lending Partners contributed to this accomplishment.

To date, Mezz Cap has funded loans in 43 states and the District of Columbia in the U.S., and most recently, five provinces in Canada. Collectively, we have been involved with over $5.5 billion in conduit transactions with our Strategic Lending Partners.
