Mezz Cap celebrates record year…

Mezz Cap recorded it's most productive year ever with 130 loans funded during 2005.  Fourteen different Strategic Lending Partners contributed to the successful year, with transactions being completed in 30 states.  To date Mezz Cap has funded over 300 loans in 41 states and the District of Columbia, and has been involved with over $3.3 billion in commercial real estate financings.
