Mezz Cap funds nine ABC transactions in Ohio...

Mezz Cap recently closed nine ABC transactions in cooperation with its Strategic Lending Partner, Column Financial, in Ohio.  The loans were to support a $98.5 million acquisition of multifamily assets located predominantly in the Dayton and Cincinnati markets.  Ken Lawrence of LMI Capital was the broker on the transaction.
