company that acts as a wholesale lender, providing our
Strategic Lending Partners with the ability to offer supplemental
mezzanine financing in conjunction with their senior conduit
loans.
Mezz Cap has an array of products (currently

which allow our Strategic Lending Partners to provide their
borrowers with additional leverage, of up to 85% of
appraised value with our Core and Short Term Products, and
up to 90% of appraised value with our Core Plus Product.
