Experience

Mr. White joined Mezz Cap in March 2003 to manage Mezz Cap’s mortgage loan portfolio and oversee the due diligence process on the firm’s securitizations. In July 2005, Mr. White was named Mezz Cap's Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. White brings 20 years of commercial real estate experience to his role, including 13 years of commercial and multifamily securitization experience.

Immediately prior to joining Mezz Cap, Mr. White was a Principal at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, where he was responsible for managing the due diligence process on Prudential’s commercial mortgage securitizations. While at Prudential, Mr. White managed ten transactions totaling approximately $4.2 billion.

Before joining Prudential, Mr. White worked for ten years at Freddie Mac in its multifamily division, including three years in its Structured Transactions group, where he was responsible as transaction manager for several multifamily securitizations.
