Diane Yhlen joined Mezz Cap in April 2008 as the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO. Ms. Yhlen has over eight years of experience in executive support. Prior to joining Mezz Cap, Ms. Yhlen was an Executive Assistant at Bear, Stearns & Co. in the Institutional Equity Sales department. While at Bear, Stearns & Co., she supported two senior managers and managed the sales assistants and sales analysts in the department.

Prior to Bear, Stearns & Co., Ms. Yhlen was an Executive Assistant at Genworth Financial in the Retirement/Wealth Income department. While at Genworth Financial, she supported one Regional Vice President and two Vice Presidents.

Ms. Yhlen also held an Executive Sales Assistant position at Fred Alger Management Inc. and an Administrative Assistant position at Orix USA prior to her employment at Genworth Financial.

Ms. Yhlen attended Saint Peters College. She is also a holder of the NASD Series 6, 7 and 63 licenses.
