Experience

Ms. Smith joined Mezz Cap in February 2002 as head of Credit & Asset Management. Ms. Smith is responsible for managing relationships with the key credit personnel of the Company's Strategic Lending Partners and also oversees the Company's credit standards and policies.

Immediately prior to joining Mezz Cap, Ms. Smith was co-head of JP Morgan Mortgage Capital’s New York office where she was responsible for managing the underwriting process. Ms. Smith also held senior credit positions at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, Nomura Asset Capital Corporation, and GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Ms. Smith has over 15 years of commercial real estate finance experience.
